Kamal Kishore, Kumar Nataraj, Anuraag wins

In the Plan @ Chess organized School Children Chess Tournaments,which are concluded here at Sri Sai Siddhartha School, Motinagar , P. Kamal Kishore of St.Gabrial High School claimed winners trophy in below 10^th Class category with 4 points from 5 rounds. K.S.Anand Reddy of Brilliant Grammer School got second place also with 4 points.

In Below 7^th Class group R.Kumar Nataraj of B.V.B.Public School-BHEL, got First Place with 5 points from five rounds followed by B.Ajit (4Points) of Niraj Public School.

In Below 4^th Class Category Event S. Anuraag of Idion Temple School claimed trophy with 5 points from as many rounds, whereas G.Revanth Reddy of Sri Sai Siddartha School placed second with 4 points.
The events attracted 73 player from various schools in twin cities. In the valedictory function Sri. Maganti Srinivas, Director, Sri Sai Siddartha School distributed the trophy’s and other special prizes to the winners.

School Children Chess Tournaments
On Sunday, 25th June 2006, at Sri Sai Siddartha School, Motinagar

Plan @ Chess, will organize a chess tournament, with support of Andhra Pradesh Chess Association, for School Children of twin cities at Sri Sai Siddhartha School, Motinagar on Sunday 25th June 2006. Tournament will be held for boys and girls in different categories like below 4th Class, Below 7th Class and Below 10th Class separately.

The events are open to all School going children. Interested boys and girls can contact Jagan Mohan, Chess Coach, on cell no. 98660 16436 before 24th June 2006. Players should bring their bona-fide certificate from their school. Spot Registration accepted at the venue at 9:00AM. Entry Fee Rs. 100/- per player.

The tournament will be held swiss league format of five rounds. First round starts at 10AM on 25th June 2006. Latest FIDE rules will be followed.

Beside winner and runner prizes in each category, there are special prizes.
